About the Communications Consultant role

The Communications Consultant will be a key part of the team, delivering consultation to key clients. You will be the go to person for Microsoft Communications technologies. This will involve 3rd Line Support, project delivery, and overall customer engagement when working with the pre-sales teams.

• Act as a technical consultant to the sales team
• Complete workshops for clients
• Complete customer assessments
• Support lead engineers in project engagements

Skills & experience required for the Communications Consultant

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft communication technologies
• Advanced S4B and Microsoft Teams knowledge
• Customer-focused individual
• Comfortable delivering presentations
• Strong technical understanding of solutions
