About the AV/VC Engineer role

The AV/VC Engineer will be a key part of the remote support team to solve escalated problems on site. As the AV/VC Engineer, you will have a good understanding of supporting customers remotely, have an eagerness to learn, and be capable of managing your own work load. You will report directly to the Line Manager.

• Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be the first response to customer issues on their services
• Your key focus is to provide a fast and professional response turning business problems into business solutions.
• You will support the customers remotely from the office
• You will work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Skills & experience required for the AV/VC Engineer

• Have a good understanding of AV and VC equipment
• Experience troubleshooting, Cisco, Polycom, AMX
• Be willing to go above and beyond to support the client
• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Well organised, with good attention to detail
• Have customer liaising experience
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
