After an exciting first half of the year at Dynamic Search Solutions, we will soon be packing up and moving into our newly acquired office at 14 Castle Street. The move to the new and larger office will help accommodate Dynamic’s expansion plans, moving forward into 2023 and beyond.
At Dynamic our team of expert IT and Digital Recruitment Consultants have continually smashed records, with company quarterly, monthly and individual records all being broken in 2022. This continued success has led to the execution of the business growth plans and the new purchase.
But this is just the first step in Dynamic’s expansion efforts.

In 2022 Dynamic and sister agency Herd Digital have grown by over 20%. Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 + Commission (OTE Year 1: £30,000 – £35,000 Year)
No experience is necessary, as we are looking for driven graduates who are eager to learn. We offer full training to get you started, and support throughout your career. On top of huge earning potential, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy holiday incentives, team social events, and nights out.

Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + Commission (OTE Year 1: £35,000 – £40,000 Year)
For those with previous sales or recruitment experience there is huge earning potential on top of a competitive base salary. We offer an abundance of training and support from Consultant to a Senior or Management role.

Salary: £30,000 – £50,000
Dynamic Search is currently searching for a Learning and Development Manager, to support business growth and recruiter development. The L&D Manager will support the onboarding of junior recruiters, and will work with the talent attraction team to aid in attracting prospective employees.
