A UK leading, IT Solution and Service Provider are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join their business on a remote and home-based basis. The business primarily delivers Microsoft Cloud solutions to the UK public sector: Which you will have the opportunity to take the lead on.

You will have the opportunity to work fully remote. You must however be based in the UK as this role requires some travel to client site.

Senior Technical Consultant Role & Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be migration project delivery to the business’s clients, typically using Quest ODM AD, Quest ODM 365, and Quest Domain Move. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Take the lead on delivery of migration projects within Windows Server and M365 environments.
• Scope large-scale and complex migration projects.
• Complete discovery relevant to Windows and M365.
• Actively work to improve and develop practices with the project delivery team.
• Use your experience and knowledge to mentor and develop the team.
• Maintenance of necessary Quest Technical certifications.

Your Skills & Experience

As Senior Technical Consultant you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of the latest technology and software. The business does however ask that you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Quest technical certifications in Quest ODM AD, Quest OM365, and Quest Domain Move.
• Industry recognised certifications such as Microsoft 365 are desirable.
• Proven experience working on complex migrations across Microsoft systems: Microsoft Windows Server and M365.
• Basic experience of core data services such as SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams etc.
• Experience working with customers and communicating effectively with relevant departments.
