Security Architect

Salary: Up to £85,000 + £6,000 car allowance

Location: Remote – APPLICANTS MUST BE UK BASED

The Company

A leading radio, telecommunications, and internet systems service provider is seeking a Security Architect. The company is one of the leading providers of these services to some of the UK’s largest and most critical public services, including Police, Fire, and Ambulance, as well as supporting government infrastructure.

The Role

The Security Architect will be a key part of the team, split across leading project delivery, designs, and stakeholder management. The right person will provide consultation and recommendations on the latest policies and industry thinking. They will conduct Security Architecture, and design workshops, lead teams, and represent the company to their major clients.

Security Architect Overview

• Design and implement Security solutions directly and alongside operational teams
• Deal directly with clients, specifying their needs and providing solutions
• Design and delivery of Security solutions, Information Security Policies, risk policies

Skills / Experience required for the Juniper Engineer

• MUST be eligible for SC Clearance
• 5 years’ experience working in large and/or critical infrastructure
• Demonstrable experience in providing advice to stakeholders on industry security standards
• Holds at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 270001 lead auditor, CCP or SIRA
• Delivered large scale projects, ran design documentation
• Have customer liaising experience
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
