SAP Team Lead

Location: Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Salary: €85,000 – €110,000

A leading manufacturing company near Stuttgart at looking for an SAP Team Lead, to lead their SAP efforts, and support the development of the small IT SAP team. The business is a global giant, with over 800 employees worldwide and making over 120 million Euros in turnover.

The business is now making big investments in their IT team and implementing SAP across their global network.

You will be supported to work in a hybrid/ remote and flexible manner. The business offers hybrid working that is based on your individual needs and wants to work with you to offer the flexibility that you need.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the further development of business processes in SAP.
• Management of projects within the SAP world.
• Responsibility for customizing and development coordination.
• Project management for the SAP rollout across their global network.
• Leading the SAP team on an international level.
• Working closely with the Key user community and creating and conducting workshops.

Skills and experience required for the SAP Team lead:

• Very good knowledge of various SAP modules.
• Strong leadership, and a unique way of thinking.
• Project management, to ensure current and future projects are moving forward.
• Very good knowledge of both written and spoken English and German.
• Willingness to work on international projects.
