SAP ABAP Developer (m/f/d)

Location: Stuttgart Area , Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Work Environment: Hybrid Working. No travel to customer site.

Salary: Up to €75,000

The Company

This business is a world leading manufacturer in their industry with over 4,000 employees around the world, with multiple locations in 20+ countries. They are looking for an SAP ABAP Developer to join their SAP team in their headquarters in the Stuttgart area on a hybrid and flexible working basis. The business only requires 2 days a week in the office, with flexibility on those requirements, and no travel to customer sites. They offer complete support with setting up a home office, and you will be provided with any technology or software you need to be successful in your work.

SAP ABAP Developer Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of new solutions in complex SAP systems.
• Working closely with corresponding SAP module teams, on development of new SAP systems.
• SAP documentation.
• SAP Project management.
• Respond to any change requests relating to the SAP ABAP system.
• Troubleshoot and analyse SAP ABAP systems, ensuring optimisation of system operation.
• Provide support to the wide SAP team where applicable, based on your experience and expertise.

Skills and experience required for the SAP ABAP Developer

• 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and development.
• Knowledge across multiple areas such as: Smart Forms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms, SQLScript, JavaScript, SAP UI5, or BTP.
• Previous experience working across SAP project management.
• Communication skills, as you collaborate with your SAP team and others within the business.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• The desire to continue to learn and develop in new and emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4 HANA, Fiori, BTP etc.
