Job Title: Dynamics Project Manager

Location: Remote / Home-based (Travel to offices and client sites as required)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Reporting to: Head of PMO

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, creating project roadmaps, managing resources, and ensuring clear communication throughout.

This role also requires you to track financials, address risks, and ensure project profitability. Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is highly desirable, as is experience in managing BC/ERP/CRM projects. Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of BC, CRM, ERP, Data, or Modern Workplace projects to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, processes, and documentation.
• Work with the Resourcing team to ensure accurate and regular project billing.
• Understand client requirements and align project objectives to business goals.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of client organisations, their needs, and industry challenges.
• Maintain strong communication and best practice principles throughout implementation.
• Manage expectations between the client and business, ensuring a smooth project journey.
• Identify and mitigate risks, working closely with the Implementation Team and Client.
• Track project financials, budget spend, profitability, and additional funding needs.
• Ensure full control over project budgets, revenue, and cost tracking.

Skills & Experience

• Project Management Qualifications (Prince2, APM, or PMI).
• 3+ years of experience managing Dynamics projects in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
• A team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed.
