Cloud Support Engineer

Location: Reading – Hybrid Working

Salary/ Day Rate: £400 a day – Outside IR35

Contract Length: 6 Month Contract

Cloud Support Engineer Role Overview

As Cloud Support Engineer, you will be a key part of the team, focussing directly on Support and Troubleshooting of cloud technologies, your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting issues across AWS and Azure platforms
• Delivering across both the internal and external support.
• Manage incoming support tickets, whilst also working proactively.
• Provide regular professional, frequent and relevant customer communication.

Skills and Experience required for the Cloud Support Engineer

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable, career enhancing experience working with the latest technology on the market. The business does ask that you have:

• 3 years’ experience working in an Infrastructure Support based role.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies AWSD and Azure
• Knowledge of working on Virtualization and M365 products
• Ideally have Managed Service experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
