Salary: Up to £60,000: OTE of £120,000

Location: London/ Hybrid

Account Director Role and Responsibilities

As the business’s new Account Director, you will be tasked with delivering against set renewal target for several key accounts while also looking to grow your client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a client strategy to identify, engage and deliver into select accounts.
  • Building client relationships, designing an account strategy, and delivering on a key technical roadmap.
  • Owning customer relationships, looking to renew or leverage existing client relationships.
  • Looking to grow new accounts by engaging with C and Director level stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of latest technical solutions at a high level, understanding customer need long term.
  • Supporting the companies GTM approach.
  • Supporting the organisation with its bid and tender processes.


Your Skills and Experience

The business will support you to work however is best for you in a hybrid and flexible environment. The business does ask that you have:

  • Track record in selling either security managed services or consultancy services into enterprise or public sector clients.
  • Previous experience of building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders, partnering with them to deliver solution-based outcomes to their problems.
  • Experienced in working with multivalued deals, from 5 to 7 figure values.
  • Experience selling Networks, Cloud, or Infrastructure solutions (Cisco or Microsoft preferable).
  • Demonstrate experience of winning business through consultative sales approaches
  • The ability to develop relationships by building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of delivering and overachieving annual sales targets.
  • Core values of doing the right thing for your clients, based on their needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
