Location: Cheshire (3 days per week in office)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Network Security Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

The Network Security Support Engineer will be a key part of the Network Operations team. Working across network support and delivery, the Engineer will deliver projects and operation support to a portfolio of high-profile clients. This will give you the opportunity to work with Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA Centre across large enterprise environments.

• NOC support for Enterprise customers across LAN and WLAN environments.
• Support the implementation of Enterprise Networks, ISE, Cisco DNA and Next-Gen Firewalls.
• Deal directly with clients, specifying their needs and providing solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience working in an MSP or ISP environment.
• Experience working with Cisco ISE or Identity Services Engine.
• CCNA or CCNP Certified.
• Experience in delivering to enterprise customers.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
