The CCIE Collaboration role

As the CCIE Collaboration Architect, you will join the thriving Collaboration and workspace team, to work in a customer facing role. You will provide consultative services, architect and deliver solutions based on Cisco and Microsoft products and services. There will be a fantastic opportunity to upskill in the latest approaches to automation and infrastructure as a service with training on offer.

The Person

You will be highly experienced in design and consultation within the Unified Communication and Collaboration space, with expertise in two or more of the following areas;

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager / Call-Manager (CUCM)
• Microsoft Teams
• Automation – Python
• Video and Web Conferencing (WebEx, Tandberg, Polycom)
• Cisco Unity, Cisco Unity Express, and Contact Centre Express
• IP Communications
• Knowledge of other Cisco Products would be a distinct advantage i.e, Cisco Data Centre, Security, UCS, WLAN, etc.
• CCIE Collaboration required
• Must be an EU citizen and eligible to live and work in the UK
