The UC / AV Engineer role

Due to growth, the Global Unified Communications Provider is looking for a UC/AV Engineer, to join their operations and support teams.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing remote support to customers all over the UK
• Providing 2nd line support across all UC and Networking technologies
• Act as a senior escalation point to junior members of the team
• Build relationships with both internal and external teams
• Liaise with end-users, partners, and suppliers

Skills & experience required for the UC/AV Engineer

• Experience with remote support
• At least 3+ years experience working on UC equipment
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Experience working with both Teams and Webex
• Have experience working on servers such as TMS, CMS, VCS
• Background monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing Service desk issues
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
